Widowed redux

In the time-honored manner of showing the process of artwork on a blog, I was going to show the preliminary drawing of my last post. In the end though, I couldn't leave well enough alone and decided to throw a simple design element into it. Simple, yet effective, yes?

Well, i finally got this blog going and then I get all busy with extra projects. No time for new work here, so.... Here's a few pin-up shots that I've done as commissions over the past couple of years.

Just to get things started...

Okay, now that I've gone and done it, I guess I better start somewhere with posting up some pics! Here's one of many "girls with guns" I've drawn over the years... Guess it all started when I came up with the concept of "Annie Ammo" that I created years ago. (A history of that character will have to be an upcoming subject no doubt...)

This one was created on the back of a script one day just to loosen up. Careful observers will note the bits of type still showing through the back of the page. Colors added later in photoshop.

Hi, and welcome to my blog. I've started this site as an excuse to get some of my sketches and drawings out on the web, as well as incentive to keep sketching on a regular basis. Will be adding more images soon. Let the madness begin!!!
